Whether you&amp;rsquo;re running Sidel or another big OEM brand, our tubes are designed to slide right into your existing setup. No hacking the machine, no weird modifications. Just swap them in and get back to production.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nitty-gritty on power&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We build these to handle the heavy lifting, usually anywhere from 230V to 400V. Here&amp;rsquo;s the trick: higher voltage lets us use a longer filament without cranking the current so high that your connectors start to melt.&#xA;It&amp;rsquo;s all about the heat density. If your machine expects 2500W over 300mm, that&amp;rsquo;s exactly what we give you. You want that preform to hit the glass transition temperature perfectly—soft enough to blow, but not so hot that you ruin the neck.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;What’s actually inside the tube?&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use heavy-wall quartz glass. Plus, we often add a selective coating to the glass to bounce the heat back toward the &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;plastic&lt;/a&gt; instead of wasting it on the oven walls.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;You can put these in about 95% of the &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;blowing&lt;/a&gt; equipment out there because the dimensions are standard.&#xA;But a word of caution: if you push a lamp to its absolute max wattage, your cooling fans have to work harder. If your vents are clogged with dust or just aren&amp;rsquo;t up to the task, the electrodes will soak up too much heat and the lamp will burn out faster.&#xA;Keep your reflectors clean. It sounds simple, but it&amp;rsquo;s the easiest way to make sure you&amp;rsquo;re getting every bit of heat you paid for.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
