What’s Under the Hood
It runs on 400V and cranks out 2500W. That’s a lot of heat packed into a small space. The tube is 300mm long, so all that energy gets focused right where you need it. Less wasted heat. Less heat bleeding onto nearby parts. It warms up fast—really fast. But that power comes with a heads-up: your machine’s cooling and electrical systems need to be ready for it. Plan for good airflow and some thermal shielding around the heater.
The Build
The quartz envelope is filled with halogen. That keeps the filament temperature steady and helps the heater last. Because the inside runs so hot, the outer surface stays cleaner. That means less carbon buildup, which keeps the heat output strong over time. The R7s connector is simple and standard. It’s a quick install, makes a solid connection, and drops right into many existing fixtures. You can upgrade without tearing your whole setup apart.
