Stop Throwing Away Burnt Bread
There is nothing more frustrating than pulling a tray out of the oven only to find the edges are charred black while the middle is still raw dough. It’s a nightmare. You’re losing money, wasting ingredients, and probably pulling your hair out. The problem is simple: your heat isn’t hitting the bread evenly. Most ovens rely on convection—basically blowing hot air around. But air is lazy. It drifts, it hits drafts, and it leaves “cold spots” that ruin your batch. We fix this by swapping those old coils and fans for targeted infrared (IR) lamps. How it actually works Instead of waiting for air to warm up the oven, IR lamps shoot energy straight into the dough. It’s direct. It’s fast. Because we can tweak the wattage and exactly where the lamps sit, we can basically “paint” a heat map across your oven. You get a consistent bake from the first loaf to the last. The gear We use quartz-glass for the lamp envelopes. Why? Because commercial bakeries are brutal environments, and this stuff doesn’t warp when things get hot. Depending on what your electrical panel can handle, you can go with 220V or 380V. We designed these as drop-in replacements, and we use standard connectors so you aren’t spending all day messing with wiring. One quick tip: these high-wattage tubes create a lot of heat very quickly to get that perfect crust. Just make sure your ventilation is up to the task, otherwise, you might fry your control sensors. Less scrap, more profit The best part? IR responds instantly. Old-school heating elements are like giant ships—they take forever to slow down or cool off. IR lamps are more like sports cars. We use PID controllers to throttle the heat in real-time, which means you don’t “overshoot” your temperature and burn the batch. Now, there is one catch. IR needs a clear line of sight. If the lamp can’t “see” the bread, it won’t heat it. That’s why we spend time calculating the overlap of the radiation cones. When the spacing is right, the heat is balanced from edge to edge. No more cold spots. No more wasted dough.
